REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: 
1.- Drivers must bring their original valid driving license and 2 years minimum of driving license. 2.- Minimum age for companion: 7 years and 135 cm tall. 3.-Parental consents for minors necessary. 4.- Minors must be accompanied by an adult. 5.- Not recommended for pregnant women. 6.- Clothes to wear: Comfortable clothes, Jacket depending on season, Sunglasses, sunscreen high protection,Closed shoes or sports shoes. 7.- Bring your passport or identification card and a credit card.

BOOKING VOUCHER
This voucher confirms that you have booked a water activity with the excursion organising company TAURITO WATER SPORTS SLU, whose trade name is AQUASPORTS.

You must carry the first page of this voucher with you, either on your mobile device or printed, as it may be requested at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any modifications or cancellations of bookings must always be made by email to info@okfuerteventura.com.

Free cancellation up to 36 hours before the excursion date. Within the last 36 hours or in case of no-show: the amount paid will be forfeited.

Group bookings (more than 6 people)
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the excursion date. Within the last 72 hours or in case of no-show: the amount paid will be forfeited.

MEETING POINT
If you have booked with pick-up near your hotel or accommodation, please take the following into account:

It is your responsibility as a customer to locate the pick-up point and to call or contact OkFuerteventura or AQUASPORTS if you have any doubts regarding the indicated pick-up location. You must always be punctual, and as a general rule it is advisable to be there 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

If you arrive late or are not at the agreed meeting point, you will not be entitled to any refund of the amounts previously paid nor any additional costs incurred.

If more than 10 minutes have passed after the scheduled pick-up time and the bus/guide has not arrived, you must call +34 693 921 609.

OkFuerteventura.com acts as an intermediary for excursion bookings with AQUASPORTS and is exempt from all liability in relation to the provision of services. This means that you have booked the excursion with AQUASPORTS, not with OkFuerteventura. For any modification, cancellation, query or complaint related to any of the excursion services, you must contact AQUASPORTS directly.

You can consult at any time the General Terms and Conditions accepted in full.

LIABILITY AND CLAIMS

1.- OkFuerteventura.com acts as an independent tourism intermediary in the contracting of Tourist Services and is therefore not responsible for death, injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, theft, delay or any other irregularity arising directly or indirectly from the provision of Tourist Services by the suppliers contracted through OkFuerteventura.com.

2.- OkFuerteventura.com, acting as an intermediary, will assist the CUSTOMER with claims/complaints. Such assistance will consist of informing the Tourist Service provider of the claim and using its best efforts to ensure that service providers accept responsibility and provide compensation regarding any claims from end consumers arising from the provision of Tourist Services.

3.- OkFuerteventura.com will use reasonable means to facilitate that providers accept responsibility and compensate for any claims made by the CUSTOMER in relation to the provision of Tourist Services. The CUSTOMER agrees to submit any claim directly to the service provider and acknowledges that OkFuerteventura.com does not direct or control the provision of Tourist Services by the provider.

4.- The CUSTOMER shall be responsible for their conduct in cases of abnormal or vandalistic behaviour. In such cases, the Tourist Service provider reserves the right to cancel the CUSTOMER’S booking without any compensation and to claim any costs and/or damages caused.

5.- The liability of OkFuerteventura.com, whether arising from breach of contract, legal obligations or otherwise, shall in no case exceed the amount paid by the CUSTOMER for the specific Tourist Services concerned.

6.- The CUSTOMER shall indemnify and hold harmless OkFuerteventura.com from any actions, claims, proceedings, losses, costs, expenses and demands (including legal costs) arising directly or indirectly from any breach by the provider or its employees, agents or contractors of any clauses of this Contract.

FORCE MAJEURE

1.- Neither OkFuerteventura.com nor the activity provider shall be liable or deemed to be in breach of the contracted service due to any delay or failure resulting from events or circumstances beyond their control (hereinafter "Force Majeure").

2.- OkFuerteventura.com or the provider will notify the customer by email or WhatsApp with details of the Force Majeure as soon as possible in order to assess whether the Tourist Services can be postponed or cancelled depending on the expected duration of the Force Majeure event.
