BOOKING VOUCHER
This booking voucher confirms that you have booked a boat excursion with BAHIA CAT SL (the company organising the party).
You must carry the first page of this voucher, either on your mobile phone or printed, as it may be requested at any time.
Free cancellation up to 36 hours before the excursion date.
Within the last 36 hours or in case of no-show: the total amount paid will be forfeited.
Group bookings (more than 4 people)
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the excursion date.
Within the last 72 hours or in case of no-show: the total amount paid will be forfeited.
MEETING POINT
If you arrive on your own, you must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time, in front of the boat (see location).
If you have booked a pick-up service near your hotel or accommodation, please note the following:
It is the customer’s responsibility to locate the correct pick-up point and to contact OkGranCanaria or BAHIA CAT SL if there is any doubt regarding the indicated location.
You must always be punctual. As a general rule, it is advisable to be at the pick-up point 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
If you arrive late or are not present at the agreed meeting point, you will not be entitled to any refund of the amounts previously paid, nor of any additional costs incurred.
If the bus/guide has not arrived more than 10 minutes after the assigned pick-up time, you must call +34 665 009 335.
OkGranCanaria acts solely as an intermediary for places on excursions operated by BAHIA CAT SL and is therefore fully exempt from any liability in relation to the provision of the services. This means that you have contracted the excursion with BAHIA CAT SL, not with OkGranCanaria.
For any modification, cancellation, query or claim related to the excursion services, you must contact BAHIA CAT SLdirectly.

LIABILITY AND CLAIMS
OkGranCanaria.com acts as an independent tourism intermediary in the booking of Tourist Services and shall therefore not be liable for death, injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, theft, delay or any other irregularity arising directly or indirectly from the provision of the Tourist Services by the suppliers contracted through OkGranCanaria.com.
Acting as an intermediary, OkGranCanaria.com will provide assistance to the CLIENT in relation to claims, demands or complaints. Such assistance shall consist of informing the Tourist Service provider of the claim, demand or complaint and making reasonable efforts to ensure that the service providers accept responsibility and provide compensation where appropriate.
OkGranCanaria.com shall use all reasonable means available to facilitate that service providers accept responsibility and compensate any claim made by the CLIENT in relation to the provision of the Tourist Services. The CLIENT undertakes to submit any claim, demand or complaint directly to the service provider and acknowledges that OkGranCanaria does not direct nor have any control over the provision of the Tourist Services by the provider.
The CLIENT shall be responsible for their conduct in cases of abnormal or vandalistic behaviour. In such cases, the Tourist Service provider reserves the right to cancel and annul the CLIENT’s booking without any compensation and to claim from the CLIENT any costs and/or damages incurred.
The liability of OkGranCanaria, whether arising from a breach of these contractual conditions, from an act or omission in breach of legal or regulatory obligations, or from any other cause, shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the CLIENT to OkGranCanaria for the specific Tourist Services concerned.
The CLIENT shall at all times indemnify and hold OkGranCanaria harmless against any actions, claims, proceedings, losses, costs, expenses and demands (including legal defence costs) arising directly or indirectly from a breach by or on behalf of the provider or any of its employees, agents or contractors in relation to any of the clauses set out in this Contract.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither OkGranCanaria nor the activity provider shall be liable or deemed to be in breach of the contracted service for any delay or failure to perform due to any event or circumstance whose occurrence and effects could not reasonably be prevented or avoided by the affected party (hereinafter referred to as a “Force Majeure Event”).
OkGranCanaria or the service provider shall notify the CLIENT by email or WhatsApp, providing details of the Force Majeure Event as soon as possible, in order to assess whether the Tourist Services may be postponed or cancelled depending on the expected duration of the Force Majeure Event.
